Shrinext HealthTech is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Experienced User Experience Team. This role demands strategic thinking, advanced design skills, and a strong understanding of user behavior to craft seamless healthcare solutions that enhance patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile health platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and interfaces

• Establish and maintain a consistent design system and UI style guide
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools
• Proven ability to lead UX strategy in agile development cycles
• Experience designing healthcare or enterprise-level applications
• Strong portfolio with case studies and measurable impact
