Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our advanced insights team. This role requires expertise in analyzing healthcare data to uncover actionable insights that drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw clinical and operational data into meaningful visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of healthcare data to identify trends and patterns

• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for internal and client use

• Work with data engineers and product teams to improve data quality

• Support healthcare providers with data-driven recommendations

• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in healthcare or related fields

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and terminology

• Experience with statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS) is a plus

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
